This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Reveel Technology Inc. (“Reveel” or “we” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information related to users of my.r3vl.xyz and www.r3vl.xyz and any other sites and apps where we post this Policy (the “Site”) and users of our services (together with Site, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Services and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, available at https://reveel.id/terms-of-service.
Additional Notices. This Policy does NOT apply to our processing of personal information belonging to third parties such as wallets [or smart contracts], including through such third parties’ use of our Services (e.g., SDKs and APIs that developers and others incorporate into their products). You should carefully read those parties’ privacy policies and terms of service and contact them regarding any questions you may have.
This Policy does not apply to job applicants or to our employees.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from other sources.
Personal Information We Collect From You. While the personal information we collect varies depending upon your use of our Services and our interactions with you, in general, we may collect the following Personal Information directly from you:
- Contact and Interest Information. When you contact us, including if you sign up to learn more about our Services, join our waitlist, request a demo, complete an Interest Form, get access to our Services or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, alias, email, description of your project, your social media handle(s), primary use of Reveel Accounts, third party wallet address and any other information you provide.
- Account Information.When you register for an account with us, we may collect your name, address, email, proof of identity including information needed to conduct KYC or AML screening, and any other information used in connection with your account.
- Service, Technical and Financial Information, such as your digital wallet addresses, onchain accounts, API naming systems, bank account information and blockchain network information regarding transactions (but excluding your recovery phrase and private keys). We process information about third party wallets, tokens, distribution share data, smart contract information and addresses, networks, Revenue Path settings, revenue management payments, receipts, subscribers, collaborators, and contacts.
- Communications and Interactions, such as your contact details, communications, and our responses.
- Responses and Feedback. If you participate in our surveys or questionnaires, we collect your responses and feedback, such as user satisfaction or other information related to your use of our Services, and any other information you choose to provide.
- Marketing and Demos. We may collect your email, name, phone number, and if relevant, information about your account and the Services you use. If you participate in demos we offer, we collect your name and other information related to the activities.
- Events and Other Requests. We also collect personal information related to your participation in our events as well as other requests that you submit to us related to our Services. For example, if you register for or attend an event or webinar that we host or sponsor, we may collect information related to your registration for and participation in such event.
- Preferences. We also may collect information about your preferences, including communications preferences.
- Business Development Information.To assess and pursue potential business opportunities, we may collect and receive personal information about current, former, and prospective vendors, business partners, and agents, including name, company information, contact details, and communications records.
Personal information We Collect Automatically. We and third parties automatically collect personal information related to your use of the Site, including through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies. The personal information automatically collected includes:
• Device, Browsing and Log Data. We may record certain information about how you use our Services, such as:
- Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device, and browser type; operating system;
- the pages or features browsed and the time spent; the frequency with which the Services are used; search terms; the links clicked on or followed, and other statistics;
- device event information like Site crashes and the date and time of actions taken on the Site.
- as IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, date/time stamps, operating system, language, device type, unique ID, Internet service provider, referring and exiting URLs, clickstream data, and similar device and browsing information.
• Activities and Usage such as information related to use of the Services, the links clicked or followed, searches, features used, items viewed, time spent within the Services, your interactions with us within the Services, and other activity and usage information related to our Services including through our APIs and SDKs, which may be incorporated into products and services of third parties, whose privacy policies and terms you should review carefully.

Personal Information We Collect from Other Sources. In addition, we may collect and receive certain personal information from business clients, partners, other users, customers, data analytics providers, advertisers, analytics companies, data brokers, government entities, public databases, public sources, and vendors who provide services or perform functions on our behalf. For example, we may collect your name, contact information, affiliation and certain transaction details from our business partners and vendors. We also may receive personal information from our customers for purposes of administering our Services.
2. How We May Use Personal Information
We collect, use, disclose and otherwise process the personal information we collect about you for the following purposes:
- Services and Support. To open and manage your account and to provide and operate our Services such as to manage wallets, balances, and collectibles; invite collaborators and new users; manage onchain accounts; manage revenue transfer, payout and distribution; provide troubleshooting and technical support; communicate with you and respond to your inquiries, and to otherwise run our day-to-day operations; respond to your inquiries or send you materials or information.
- Analytics and Improvement. To better understand how users access and use the Services and our current and future product and service offerings, and for other research and analytical purposes, such as to evaluate and improve our Services and business operations, to develop our Services and its features, and for quality control and training purposes. We use this information to administer the Services, and we and third parties may analyze and measure this information to improve and enhance the Service, its features and functionality and tailoring it to our users’ needs and preferences and to make your experience on the Services more meaningful and intuitive (for example, by remembering your preferences). We also use this information to analyze trends, administer the Services, track users’ movements around the Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base.
- Marketing and Advertising. For marketing and advertising purposes. For example, to send you information about our Services, such as newsletters, and other marketing content, schedule a demo, and to advertise to you.
- Research and Surveys. To administer surveys and questionnaires, such as for market research, feedback or user satisfaction purposes.
- Planning and Managing Events. For event and webinar planning, and other purposes, such as registration, attendance, and contacting you about relevant events and Services.
- Security and Protection of Rights. To protect the Services and our operations and to protect our rights or those of our stakeholders; to prevent and detect fraud, unauthorized activities and access, and other misuse; where we believe necessary to investigate, prevent or act regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threats to the safety or legal rights of any person or third party, or violations of our Terms of Service or this Policy.
- Compliance and Legal Process. For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes, we may use your information to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity and to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including as part of a judicial proceeding; to respond to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other legal process; or as part of an investigation or request, whether formal or informal, from law enforcement or a governmental authority.
- Auditing, Reporting, and Other Internal Operations. To conduct KYC and AML, financial, tax and accounting audits; audits and assessments of our operations, privacy, security and financial controls, risk, and compliance with legal obligations; our general business, accounting, record keeping and legal functions, and to maintain appropriate business records and enforce company policies and procedures.
- General Business and Operational Support. To assess and implement mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, bankruptcies, and other business transactions such as financings, and to administer our business, accounting, auditing, compliance, recordkeeping, and legal functions. We may also send administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the Services and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
- Others We Notify You About or With Your Consent. We may use or share your information when you: post your testimonials or endorsements on our Sites; instruct us to take a specific action with respect to your personal information; when we notify you or when you consent.
3. How We May Disclose Personal Information
Personal information is disclosed in the following ways for the purposes specified:
- To the Public. Our Services make use of various third-party technologies; some of which are public or may be made public including, public block chains, networks, platforms, integrations, smart contracts, etc. Therefore, wallet, funding, smart contract and transaction information related to your use of certain Services may be recorded on a public block chain. Public block chains are distributed ledgers, intended to immutably record transactions across wide networks of computer systems. Many block chains are open to the public or to forensic analysis which can lead to de-identification or de-anonymization, and/or the intentional or unintentional revelation of private financial information, especially when block chain data is combined with other data.
NOTE: Because block chains are decentralized and third-party networks, contracts and wallets are not controlled or operated by us, we are not able to erase, modify, or alter personal information in these situations.
- Service Providers. We may share your personal information with service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.
- Third Parties. Your personal information may be shared for the purposes described above with other persons, companies or entities of your choosing or that are needed to provide the Services and have independent obligations (such as KYC or AML vendors). Third parties including developers may also use our tools, SDKs or APIs for their own purposes. Those uses will be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties.
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, bankruptcy or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company. We may also disclose certain personal information as necessary prior to the completion of such a transaction or other corporate transactions such as a financing or restructuring, to lenders, auditors, and third-party advisors, including attorneys and consultants.
- Payment Processors. Your payment card details are collected and processed by payment processing vendors and/or other financial services vendors.
- Advertising, Analytics and Social Media Providers. Device, browsing activities, and usage information may be collected by advertising networks, measurement and analytics providers, social media platforms and other companies through search engine optimization, for example. For more information, see the “Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms” section below.
- Affiliated Companies. We may disclose the personal information we collect to our corporate affiliates, parent and subsidiaries consistent with this Policy.
- Compliance and Legal Obligations. To comply with our legal and compliance obligations such as KYC and AML requirements, and to respond to the legal process. For example, we may disclose information in response to subpoenas, court orders, and other lawful requests by regulators and law enforcement, including responding to national security or law enforcement disclosure requirements. We may also disclose personal information related to litigation and other legal claims or proceedings as well as for our internal accounting, auditing, compliance, recordkeeping, and legal functions.
- Security and Protection of Rights. We may share information to protect the rights and property of Reveel, our agents, customers, and others. This includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of service. We may share information in an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our users, or any person. For example, we may disclose personal information to: prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to fraud, unauthorized activities and access, illegal activities, and misuse of the Services; in situations involving potential threats to the health, safety, or legal rights of any person or third party, or to enforce, detect, investigate, and take action in response to violations of our Terms of Service and this Policy.
- Aggregate and Deidentified Information. Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, we may use, disclose, and otherwise process aggregate and/or deidentified information related to our business and the Services with other parties for quality control, analytics, research, development, and other purposes as permitted by applicable law.
- Other Disclosures. We may disclose personal information in other ways not described above. We may share your information with other companies or entities of your choosing or in order to make the Services work. Those uses will be subject to the privacy policies of the recipient entity or entities.
4. Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms
We and third parties use cookies, pixel tags, and other similar tracking mechanisms to automatically collect information about browsing activity, type of device, and similar information within our Site and Services. We use this information to analyze and understand how you access, use, and interact with us; to identify and resolve bugs and errors in our Services; to assess, secure, protect, optimize, and improve the performance of our Services; for marketing and advertising purposes, analytics purposes, and to personalize content in our Services. We may also aggregate such information to analyze trends, administer our Services, and gather broad demographic information.
Cookies “Cookies” are alphanumeric identifiers we transfer to your device or browser. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Services, to enable a faster log-in process, to support the security and performance of the Services, for advertising, analytics and marketing purposes, and to allow us to track activity and usage data within the Services.
Pixel Tags Pixel tags (sometime called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our Services to, among other things, track the activities of users, and help us manage content and compile usage statistics. We may also use pixels in our emails to let us know when they have been opened or forwarded so we can track response rates and gauge the effectiveness of our communications.
Third Party Analytics We use third party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated by third party companies, to evaluate usage of our Site and Services. These third-party analytics companies use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to collect usage data about our Services to provide us with reports and metrics that help us evaluate usage of our Services, improve our Site, enhance performance and user experiences and for their own purposes. Social Networks We may use plug-ins from social networks such as GitHub, Discord, and X/Twitter on our Sites. These features may collect electronic and other internet activity information, such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our website or mobile application. These widgets may set a cookie or utilize other tracking technologies to accomplish this. Social media features and widgets are hosted by a third party and your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them. We are not responsible for data collected by these individual social media platforms. We only use these platforms to inform our community of updates and answer user questions. We may also collect personal information about you from social media platforms and networks if you post content publicly or to our social media account (e.g., by using a hashtag) or if you post content to third-party social media hosts. Our Sites may include social media features, such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube widgets.
Third Party Advertising We may work with third-party ad networks, analytics, measurement and other companies (“third-party ad companies”) for search engine optimization, to personalize content, to conduct analytics, to measure effectiveness and to display advertising. We and these third-party ad companies may use cookies, pixels tags, and other tools to collect browsing and activity information, IP address, unique IDs, cookie and advertising IDs, and other online identifiers within our Services and on third-party sites and services.
Do Not Track Currently, our Site and Services do not recognize “Do-Not-Track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed below (e.g., by disabling cookies).
5. Your Privacy Choices
While some aspects of our Services are publicly available, we make available several ways for you to manage choices about your personal information. If at any time you would like to review or change your contact information or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided below.
Upon receiving your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account; however, we are required to keep certain information and records for our compliance and operational purposes.
Opting out of email marketing or services You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below; however, we will still need to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
- Cookie Settings. You can set your browser to block certain cookies or notify you when a cookie is set, and you can also delete certain cookies. The “Help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your device from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to delete cookies. Visitors to our Site, who disable cookies will be able to browse the Site, but some features may not function. If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you will need set your preferences again.
- Industry Ad Choice Programs. You can also control how participating third-party ad companies use the information that they collect about your visits to our Site, and those of third parties, in order to display more relevant targeted advertising to you. Opting out of participating third party ad networks does not opt you out of being served advertising. - Marketing Communications. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us by using the unsubscribe feature in any such email we send you.
6. Children’s Information
Our Services are not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe we have collected your child’s information in violation of applicable law, please contact us using the contact information below.
7. Third Party Materials, External Links, Services and Features
The Services may, from time to time, contain links to websites, products or services owned and operated by third parties, including, for example, Remote Procedure Call node providers and third party wallets, which are not governed by this Policy, but instead are governed by the privacy policies and terms of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such third parties so that you understand how those third parties collect, use, and share your information. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third parties, including their collection of your personal information.
8. Security
We have implemented safeguards that are intended to protect the personal information that we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. You also play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of your information, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials and other information confidential. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, and no company, including Reveel, can fully eliminate security risks, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to or from us, including via email, or the security of any links or other third party products and services accessible from our Services. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment using unique access credentials that you have not shared with anyone and have not used on other accounts.
9. Retention
We may retain personal information for operational purposes, to comply with our tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations, to communicate with you and provide Services and support, for research, development and safety purposes, to protect, defend or establish our rights and defend against potential claims, to troubleshoot problems, to assist with any investigations, enforce our terms and this Policy, and/or to comply with legal requirements. How long we keep your personal data varies and may depend on criteria that include: the date of your last interaction with us; whether retention is necessary or advisable due to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or other legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting obligations; or any relevant requirements under applicable laws or in agreement with you or others.
